COVID – 19 OFFICE CLOSURE

We at Lake District Realty have been watching the developments around the global outbreak of COVID-19 (also known as coronavirus) and we’ve made some critical decisions to help manage the risk to the community we serve and to do our part to reduce the spread of this disease.

Lake District Realty is closely following the guidance provided by Public Health Authorities by participating in social distancing and are announcing today that we are closing our doors to the general public. We would request all enquiries regarding the listing of your waterfront property initially be made by telephone or email rather than in person at our office. Likewise, if we can assist you in searching for your dream waterfront property, please contact us by phone or email.

Today’s technology is such that almost all aspects of a real estate transaction, be it selling or buying, can be done electronically. There will, of course, be exceptions and these will be assessed on a case by case basis. Our telephone lines will be monitored throughout this closure to ensure timely responses to all inquiries. Lake District Realty will remain in full contact while implementing this policy.
